As per the latest CBSE notification regarding JEE Main 2014 exam, the following article has been updated. The JEE 2014 Application Form can be filled only ONLINE.
Candidates have to submit all the relevant documents/certificates by uploading scanned images of them while filling the JEE Main 2014 Online Application Form. They are required to scan the documents as mentioned in JEE Main 2014 brochure in proper resolution and upload them in the allotted space in the form. No document must be sent to the JEE Main office for verification.
To apply for Joint Entrance Exam (JEE), candidates are required to fill the JEE Main 2014 Application Form. The form can be filled from 15 November 2013 online on the official site of JEE Main. Last date to fill the form and submit it is 26 December 2013.

Form Submission and Eligibility
Before filling the application form, candidates must read the eligibility criteria to check if they are valid to take the exam or not. Eligibility criteria defines some terms in aspects of age, educational qualification which determine if a candidate can apply for the exam.

To deposit the fee through e-challan, candidates have to download the challan and submit it in any branch of Syndicate Bank, Canara Bank or ICICI Bank. Details of the fee in Indian National Rupee (INR) is given below:
